I’ve always been an advocate for greens; and lately, I’m all about the pesto. It’s undeniably green, and it’s out of this world. The versatility is the best part; you can start with pretty much any green leafy vegetable, whirl it around with some olive oil, parmesan cheese, an optional handful of nuts, and there you have it--simple, savory and conveniently healthy.
