All over the place- calm and happy to be sitting on the patio at Malibu Kitchen with my sister and PJ Greens 2 after a long hike, productive with my laptop as I’m finishing work for school next week and organizing a new job I’m working on, and a little stressed about getting back to LA later and flying home today

When and where are you happiest?
At home with my family, doing what I love (ballet, reading, exploring, baking, playing, writing, listening to music, filming, learning, traveling, volunteering, creating, etc.), with my best friends, and by the ocean

What do you value most in your friends?
Genuineness (is that how you say it?), a sense of humor, and honesty/loyalty

Which Living Person do you most admire?
Is it too cliché to say my mom? It’s true though. My mom is the strongest, smartest, most beautiful, kind person I know and I wouldn’t be who I am today without her. Love you mama!

What is your most treasured possession?

What’s inside (heart/mind/soul)

What do you do to make you smile?

Spend time with friends and family, listen to music, do ballet/yoga, relax, play with my little sisters, volunteer/serve, rollerblade, run, or play volleyball at the beach, have a picnic, watch Girls, dance in the rain or my room, accomplish things

What do you do that keeps you healthy and fit?
I love my body and I want it to last a long time so I take care of it by eating organic, natural foods and staying active! I stay away from meat, dairy, and gluten for the most part and I love cooking so I am always in the kitchen trying new ideas and recipes. I also keep lots of wholesome snacks and salads on hand for when I’m busy and don’t have time to cook, especially because there aren’t many convenient juice bars or Café Gratitudes where I live :) For exercise, I’m a bit of a tomboy so I’ve always loved going outside to run, bike, swim, and hike but I also like to stay active with ballet, boxing, Pilates, and yoga.

Describe what you eat in a day?
It changes all the time, just about the only thing that’s constant is the 2L of water I drink every single day. An example right now could be: Breakfast: English breakfast tea with almond milk and manuka honey and Fage 2% yogurt with a spoonful of almond butter and sugar-free jam (or just fresh green juice if I need to be quick)

Lunch: Mixed green salad with goat cheese, tomato, almonds, and apple cider vinegar dressing and a piece of dark chocolate

Snack: Larabar, fresh fruit, almond butter, or juice

Dinner: Salmon and cinnamon sweet potato fries or veggies

Do you take any supplements?

I take fish oil and I’ve also started drinking Bodyism Beauty Food and Body Serenity and so far I love both!

Do you have any natural beauty tips?
Coconut oil is the best- I use it on my hair and skin. I use a natural rose water spray on my face every morning, drink lots and lots of water, and love the Kora Organics skincare line. I also will do homemade facial every once in a while with raw honey, fresh lemon juice, and Fage yogurt; it leaves the most glowing complexion.

What is your greatest extravagance?
My dreams or my job

What is a favorite motto or quote that you try to live your life by?
“Be the change you wish to see in the world” Gandhi
Also I recently found this one (on a tea bag) and I think it’s wonderful- “travel light, live light, spread the light, be the light”
