Determined - there are so many amazing things I want to achieve in my life and the universe keeps revealing them to me in wonderful ways, however it is my job to take these opportunities and make the most of them
When and where are you happiest?
Anytime I am practicing yoga, surrounded by fresh organic vegetables at a Farmers Market with a million recipes being plan in my head to share with family and friends, writing or simply sitting in nature and have the sun streaming on my face

Miranda Kerr because she embodies the organic, natural, balanced life that I strive to lead in every aspect of her life
What is your most treasured possession?
My yoga mat - just holding it gives me a strength; it has been all over the world with me, and I have had some of the most powerful and life changing experiences of my life on my mat
What do you do to make you smile?
Cook for the people I love, practice yoga, dance like I am Beyonce (even though I look nothing like Beyonce when I get my groove on!!), write, drink tea or spend time with friends and family
What do you do that keeps you healthy and fit?
I move my body every single day - I walk, practice yoga, Pilates, resistance training, boxing - anything to get the blood pumping and my energy levels soaring! Exercise is my stress relief and I never go a day without some form of exercise
Describe what you eat in a day?
No two days are the same, but my day is always based on fresh organic fruits and vegetables. I have a largely plant based diet, and will generally include a superfood smoothie (raw rice protein, almond butter, maca, raw cacao, chia seeds, berries, banana, cinnamon and rice milk), fresh green salads, raw and steamed vegetables, quinoa, miso soup, blueberries, seaweed, nuts and seeds, avocado, hummus, goji berries, homemade raw bliss balls, steamed salmon, and some raw dark chocolate!! I make a point to avoid dairy, sugar, salt and gluten and really notice a difference in my energy levels when I stick to this! I also drink lemon water and apple cider vinegar, fresh green veggie juices, coconut water, loads of green and herbal tea and fresh water every day!
Do you take any supplements?
I do take a B Vitamin supplement because I don't eat any meat, and drink Tahitian noni juice. I also add liquid chlorophyll to my water when I feel I need it and add spirulina and chlorella to my smoothies and water if I need an energy boost
Do you have any natural beauty tips?
What you put on your skin soaks in, so I am always sure to use natural, organic products! I use organic virgin coconut oil on my body, and love to put organic rosehip oil on my face. (They are also great to remove make up!) If you do wear make up, make sure it is a mineral base so that your skin can breathe during the day - but when you have a healthy, plant based diet and regularly exercise you will find your skin has a natural glow and don't need lots of make up to shine
What is your greatest extravagance?
My Vitamix! An extravagant investment but worth it every single day - there is nothing it can't do!!

“Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” – Steve Jobs. This quote sits on my vision board, and I love to read it every day
