In my home. My home being with the people I love, surrounded by nature, healthy food and lots of laughter.

I value their time. The way they share their experiences and knowledge, the way they listen and they way they make me feel so rich in life.
Which Living Person do you most admire?
There are so many I admire but to name a few Christy Turlington for her utter determination to make this world a better place for women and mothers around the world. Terrence Malick for reminding us of the beauty of things in their natural state and the importance of simplicity. My mum, always, for being the purest soul I know, being the most beautiful example of what is gentle and compassionate in the world.
What is your most treasured possession?
The book of memories that my Nanna and I filled out a few months before she died. I got to hear and write down all her stories before she left us.
What do you do to make you smile?
Hang in bed with my dogs and my love whilst eating healthy dessert and watching a good show on tv.
What do you do that keeps you healthy and fit?
Yoga and Pilates, cardio classes. Clean food, happy thoughts.
Describe what you eat in a day?
Breakfast: either green juice or sprouted buckwheat groats, a date, raw almond butter, dried coconut and goji berries with warm almond milk
Lunch: a veggie Salad e.g kelp noodles with miso dressing, melted daiya cheese, avocado, lotus root, sundried tomatoes, spinach and seaweed. Handful of 'Mary's gone crackers' gluten free crackers.
Dinner: either zucchini and eggplant 'no pasta' lasagna or a bowl of kidney bean and veggie tomato soup with gluten free crackers. If I eat out, steamed or broiled fish and veggies and/or salad
Dessert: raw almond butter, carob nibs, dollop of raw honey, warmed almond milk, goji berries and a brazil nut or a baked apple with all the same ingredients stuffed inside. YUM
Do you take any supplements?
A multivitamin, some adrenal support tablets and a probiotic, I think if you're eating the right types of food you don't always need to supplement. Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
Do you have any natural beauty tips?
Almond oil on everything! it enriches, glows and nourishes. Also green juices make you shine from the inside out, since drinking them every morning, my skin has never looked brighter or clearer.
What is your greatest extravagance?
Eating healthy food at nice restaurants, bulk buy organic grocery shops, holistic doctors, therapy, private exercise classes. My greatest extravagances are spent on health related things.
